2013 Casa Grande Damage Prevention Seminar

All attendees - Please cooperate with the following conditions:
- Due to space limitations, pre-registration is required. We will not be able to accommodate walk-ins. Attendees must register for these seminars at least one week prior to seminar date. If registration is full, a waiting list will be maintained.
- Companies are welcome to send multiple attendees; however, a registration form must be completed for each individual.
- Attendees are expected to honor their RSVP. This is a FREE event, however, RSVPs who do not cancel in advance and fail to attend will be billed $30 due to pre-paid meal cost. Cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours prior to each event. Substitutions can be made at any time.
- Seminar conduct conditions: For the benefit of all seminar participants, attendees are expected to exhibit professional and courteous behavior at all times. Alcohol will not be served or permitted at this event. At their discretion, the seminar organizers reserve the right to refuse entry and/or continued participation to any individual that is disruptive to the event.
Seminar will begin promptly at 6pm with onsite check-in beginning at 5:30pm
Program duration is 2 and 1/2 hours.
Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Parties wishing to sit together should arrive early to ensure seating availability.
